If the book arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund you — your choice. Australian Consumer Law applies and nothing here limits it.

Changed your mind? Write to us within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort a return. The book needs to come back in saleable condition; return postage is yours unless the fault was ours.

Refunds go back the way you paid, usually within a few days of the book reaching us.
